Used to love listening to Cool & downtown; wherever and whenever I went. Simply flicking between old school or whatever my mood desired. 
No more!
Can’t even get the regular cool fm now, only old school. 
Even my supremely computer savvy teenage son couldn’t get it for me!
As for the RAYO App...
Unmitigated DISASTER!!!

Most days through Alexa cool fm will just stop working. 
Also when listening through the app it will stop. Sometimes coming back on and sometimes not.

App must require a crazy amount of bandwidth. Have an ongoing buffering issue while listening to a live stream across 4g / 5g and Wi-Fi (150mbps download) all the same. Reported it to their support team. Never heard back.

Listen up cool fm, I’ve had enough. Your radio station is amazing, but ur app is crap... I don’t want to make an account! I want to listen to GODDAMM COOL FM
every time I want to listen to more than an hour of an episode, it asks me to sign in.
I. Don’t. Have. An. Account. I have deleted this app. I would much rather be in silence than listening to someone tell me to make an account.
