I downloaded your app and lo and behold, it only goes to Portrait, not landscape. iPads are designed for landscape. You can use them for portrait but many people like myself use landscape. So not only can I not use them as wallpapers I also can't use them for other apps like jigsaw puzzles and the like. It's very frustrating, especially since they're some of the coolest images I have.
