Cool2School - is a solution that will support and monitor transforming school transport in Luxembourg into a low-carbon transport (electric bus, velobus, pedibus). The current application is part of the solution for parents to manage children's commutes to and from school. Using the application parents can: - authorize via Facebook, Google or Apple account - walk through onboarding wizard and provide their profile information as well as details of other family members and children - specify children's commutes to and from school - manage and validate weekly schedules Access to the application is currently available only via invitations sent from your commune - when the commune participates in the solution. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.2.2 — 2022-06-25 - Updated Language selection - Technical Improvements and Updates ### 1.2.1 — 2021-01-27 1. Possibility to Download Child`s QR boarding for boarding/drop-off - now Parents can download a branded QR code for each Child from their family. This code can be used for boarding and drop-off; 2. Multi-select of weekdays for Commute creation - once Parent creates a Commute for his Child/Children s/he can multi-select weekdays, which makes Commute creation easier and faster; 3. Edit/delete Commute adjustments - once editing or deleting Commutes Parents can select whether they would like to edit one Commute the whole series; 4. Geo-tracking of Children on Ongoing trips - once Child/Children are on Trip - Parents can see their location on the map real-time; 5. ‘Date of Birth’ field added to Children’s create/edit forms - so now while editing Children`s accounts Parents can select their Date of Birth and it will be recalculated over time; 6. Push - notifications for important updates and it`s settings - now Parents will get a push-notifications for all important updates as like: boarding, drop-off, Child absence or Trip cancelation. Parents can also choose if they would like to receive these notifications via push - notifications and /or emails or no none of the ways; 7. Beautiful on-boarding slides - once User logins to th App for the first time he will see beautiful on-boarding slides; 8. ‘About Us’ page - Parents can navigate to the promo site right from the application; 9. UI enhancements at Matrix view of Commutes - now past dates are disabled in the Matrix view and navigation through weeks is more convenient; 10. Add possibility to select a favorite language - Parents can select a favorite Language: French, German, or English and it will be applied to the App. Moreover, once Parent will log in from the different device to the same account - the favorite language will be applied there too; 11. ‘Contact Us’ form - now Users can Contact Admins easily. They can compose an e-mail right from the application. This e-mail will be delivered right to the Admins of the Commute. 12. Logout - now Users can logout from the application. 13. Delete family account - Parents can delete the whole family account information, including their own profile, details of other family members, and children. 2. Matrix view of schedules - The so-called ‘Matrix’ view of schedules provides users with a much easier way (from the user perspective) for creating children commutes. 3. Select a stop of a matching tour, seat reservation approach - We’ve implemented a complicated logic (from the backend perspective) for seat reservation and suggest to users only stops of tours that: on commutes that correspond to the child’s school and cycle, on the specified weekday and period of the day, have available free seats. 4. The brand-new screen of a commute view integrated with a map - Now parents can see commutes in a much more user-friendly way, with a map integrated and all required information regarding commutes. 5. Parents' addresses validation, set geo-coordinates - For the seat reservation approach to work correctly, parents must provide their addresses correctly. So, we’ve implemented integration with Google Maps so that parents now can either search their address or locate it on the map. 6. Edit ‘My profile’, edit/delete other family members - In the first release, we implemented only ‘positive’ flow. Now we extended it so that users can edit their own profiles as well as edit and delete details of other family members. 7.
