## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2025-01-22*

This is next to useless. Doesn’t remember device so you have to pair every time and only works within a foot of the thermostat

### 1/5 — App is a waste of time

*2024-11-14*

This is the second board I try sink in and nothing app is garbage and also Goodman

### 1/5 — Still can’t push firmware updates

*2024-07-10*

Same issue as version 1.0 - I’m unable to push firmware updates to the system and furnace. I have a 3 year old “critical update” that fails every time.

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2024-02-04*

Once you pair to the app to the air handler, it should remember the phone. You have to retrieve a code from the air handler everytime you want to connect to it.

### 3/5 — Good idea, needs better implementation

*2024-05-10*

App works well while you are right next to the equipment, however, there seems to be some issues in the fact that the app lacks the ability to control the equipment consistently, ie. overriding the thermostat and putting it into test mode, etc.

It also seems to have difficulty showing accurate information on things such as heat pump status and numbers. I ran a system in cooling mode for well over 5 minutes and never saw a change in any of the numbers for cooling percentage, PSI, etc.

### 4/5 — Request

*2025-02-03*

Would love a dark mode icon it’s the only app on my phone without one.

### 5/5 — No more crashes with IOS system.

*2025-06-07*

Finally I can access to the furnace settings from my iPhone without experiencing crashes. Thanks for the App update!

### 5/5 — Right direction, needs enhancements

*2024-03-02*

The 2.0 version of the app makes right changes to the original version. Now it does not need login. It is also supporting wider variety of products including non-communicating furnaces. It is a installer facing app and not intended for homeowners- however curious homeowners can gain insight from the app if they want.

A persistent problem is missing shared data for newer models. Company should make more effort to support all models.
