## What is CoolerScout?

CoolerScout turns room measurements into a practical cooling plan.

Create a separate plan for each bedroom, living room, office, or studio. Enter room dimensions, climate, sunlight, insulation, occupancy, appliance heat, electricity price, runtime, noise preference, budget, window type, opening size, and outlet distance. CoolerScout calculates an explainable BTU range, estimated power use, and monthly running cost using calculation rules version 2026.1.

Use the optional camera to keep a window photo with its measurements and installation notes. Camera access is never required; all measurements can be entered manually.

Review personalized product checks for cooling capacity, room coverage, noise, window installation, supply country, budget, voltage, and plug compatibility. Save a shortlist and selected product to the room instead of relying on a generic catalog score.

Room plans stay on the device and remain useful when product data is offline. Generate a PDF plan for a family member, landlord, supplier, or installer, and optionally schedule local maintenance reminders for filter, drainage, hose, and seal checks.

CoolerScout does not sell products, show ads, require an account, or replace manufacturer guidance or a qualified installer. Product availability and specifications should always be confirmed before purchase or installation.
