## What is COOLMAS?

COOLMAS (Modified Atmoshphere Storage) adalah teknologi penyimpanan pangan pascapanen yang dirancang untuk mempertahankan umur simpan dengan menerapkan pengendalian suhu dingin, kelambaban relatif, penyinaran Ultraviolet dan penyuntikan. Gas Trioksigen yang dapat mencegah pertumbuhan bakteri dan mikroorganisme patogenik penyebab kebusukan.
