How does e-moped rental work? 

Simple, fast and intuitive. Rent your e-moped right away. 

1. Locate the nearest moped available on the app map and press “Reserve”. 

2. Once you are next to the e-moped, you can “Swipe to start” the trip. All e-mopeds come with two certified helmets, sizes M and L. 

3. Time to ride: press the START button on your e-moped and go. Remember to follow all safety rules and respect other people and vehicles on the road. 

4. When you reach your destination, park correctly, always following the city regulations. 

5. Place the helmet back and in the app “Swipe to finish”. At this point we will ask you to take a photo of the e-moped correctly parked.

Many of the bikes are damaged, the breaks on my last one were scary bad. All the phone holders are broken and sadly they don’t appear to get much love on maintenance.

It takes forever for them to validate your licence. They asked for additional information, which I provided immediately, and then… nothing. I had every document they requested, even paid for an international driving permit just to make sure everything was covered, yet I never received a response.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. At this point, they’re just losing money because of their own incompetence. If you’re planning to use their service while traveling, I’d recommend starting the validation process at least six months in advance—maybe then it’ll be approved in time.

Cooltra m’a dénoncé comme si j’avais utilisé un scooter à une date précise, alors que je l’avais utilisé plusieurs jours plus tôt. Résultat : une amende de 135 € pour une infraction que je n’ai pas commise.

Aucun email reçu de leur part (ni en boîte principale ni en spam), mes messages envoyés “jamais reçus” selon eux, et le service client — au lieu d’aider — a fini par fermer la conversation parce que je posais trop de questions.

Conclusion : ils m’ont dénoncé à mauvais escient, refusent de m’aider, et me laissent payer une amende totalement injuste. Un service irresponsable et méprisant pour ses clients. À fuir absolument.
