I’m REALLY tired of clicking through a COVID-19 warning every time I open the app. No updates in 4 years and still functional is impressive. Tried to find an ATM that was connected to my network. After three different ATMs were searched for, the locations were all wrong or nonexistent. Don’t even bother with this app. In fact, I would recommend that everyone show how displeased they are with their financial institutions’ services because I found the same issues plaguing the apps from specific credit unions. They won’t give you an option to contact support if you have issues. I don’t know why the map data would be statically set rather than dynamic to match their online map but that’s clearly what’s happening here. The list of credit unions that it allows you to choose from is full of blank entries, so while you can see which state the entry is from, you can’t see the name so you don’t even know what you’re choosing. The slide-out menu glitches out which I assume is another symptom of this app not having any updates. It offers you nothing. Instead, it may give you a branch which turns out doesn’t participate like the app says it does. This non-participating branch does however inform you of a branch the app DOESNT list as a co-op, that can help you. So perhaps if you enjoy mystery banking experiences that may or may not eventually end in success, this app is for you. I don't get all the bad reviews - the app works in a no frills sort of way. Basic and helpful. Perfect. ### 5/5 — Easy to find, but... *2024-09-27* Why does it still say the "pandemic" is evolving? With that done, you can totally see the text and this app served it’s purpose for me. I tried to find all of the shared branches through my credit union’s website and app with no luck. I sat on hold and finally hung up when I called them to find a shared branch in my out of state new location. So, then I sat on hold to ask a random credit union near me if they are a shared branch. I hung up and found this app. Within seconds, I found many shared branches right near me. Woot! ### 5/5 — Great app! *2022-07-19* I was skeptical due to the other bad reviews that said they could not view the wording but it was strictly user error/A weird bug. I came across the same issue on my phone and realized it was because my phone is set to “Dark” mode. If you simply change it from “Dark” to “Light” mode the issue is resolved and you can see all the wording that was originally missed.
