## What is Cooper&Hunter Remote?

The Cooper&Hunter Remote app enables a wide range of options for controlling Cooper&Hunter WiFi-Ready A/C units. Easily install a C&H WiFi Kit for each so they can be controlled independently using your mobile device. 

This app will enable you to easily turn your units ON and OFF, set the temperature for each room, alternate between C° and F°, switch modes (COOL, HEAT, AUTO, and FAN), and adjust the fan speed (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, and TURBO). 

The C&H Remote Schedule allows you to set daily or weekly controls on your unit so it can automatically turn ON and OFF, as well as adjust to set temperatures and modes, according to your customizations.

The Sleep Curve feature allows very specific customization in regards to how your unit will operate throughout the night. This provides a great opportunity to save energy as the human body more easily acclimates to various temperatures when it is sleeping. 

If you experience any malfunctions or issues with your C&H unit, the Check Function will  scan for error codes, which will help to pinpoint the problem when troubleshooting and/or maintenance are required. 

The QR Share Access feature makes it easy for multiple users, such as members of a household or corporate office team members, to control the climate settings.

This app is compatible with North/ South American Models.

Not sure about the usefulness of the app reviews are mixed.
I spent 3 days and multiple password changes and have not even been able to connect.
Hope this is not an indication of the quality of the product.  I am questioning my choice already and should have chosen  a better manufacturer.

Not only can you not tell if the function is on/off because the button color was taken away in the last update but also in scenes activation times for on/off have been removed. You use to beanie to set a specific time for the split to go on and turn off at a latter time. NOW when you create a scene all the excite button does is either turn the unit on or turn the unit off. PLEASE fix this and bring those past features back!!!!!!!!!

It's a dream compared to where WiFi control of mini splits was even just a few years ago ago. The only problem I have is the instructions don't seem to "stick" very long. For instance it definitely immediately implements turbo mode on the unit but then a short time later it's off again. This could be the unit's time limit on turbo mode though which I can't find in the manual but my other 3 mini splits all have in some form or fashion.

About a yr ago, the app upgraded breaking features like turbo and it likes to auto set to low fan speed if it's not auto. 

The upgraded app does allow changes to the schedule, so that as welcomed. 

Finish fixing the app pls. Was hopeful others would have mentioned it by now.

I got this to control a WIFI enabled C&H ceiling mounted mini split. Setup was easy and quick, and it works well as a remote, but it’s very limited.  Download NetHome Plus instead.  It’s basically the same app by the same company, but has a few more features like the ability to link with Alexa, etc. You will actually be able to login with the same credentials if you already setup the C&H app.

Up until the last update, when you selected Swing, Turbo, or anything in the bottom section, your selection would turn blue so that way you knew it was on versus off, but since the last update you can select things and the unit will respond, but unless you’re standing next to the unit, you don’t know that state of each option.  All options are just white and none toggle on in the app when selected. Please resolve!

No problem with the app. But… The function buttons at the bottom of the main page need some color when turned on. It looks a little like there might be some slight graying but it’s mostly just white buttons whether off or on. They need to change color when on. And maybe a short discretion of each item in the diagnostics page.
