I’ve been calling the branch for over an hour in trying to figure out how they’re new online banking tool works. Errors messages keeps saying my social isn’t on file so I can’t sign up when I have a savings an auto loan. No body seems to want to pick up the phone and the only person I got was an after hours department even when the bank is still open. Just overall really bad experience. I can understand if I’m  not computer literate but I work in desk with a computer and uses online for everything. So please change it back or just stop it and have everyone come in because maybe they can actually talk to some one....

The biometrics function of the app doesn’t work at all which is a little aggravating. Once you’re in though the app is nicely formatted and easy to follow.

This app allows me to continue using my credit union to support my neighborhood, even when I’m living in a different state because of work.  I can do everything I need to but deposit checks.
