It constantly logs you out or doesn’t log you in due to an issue. Never remembers your face or password/username. Fix it please. My husband’s chicken was dry and my mahi was also dry. I asked for another attempt, but it was just over covered in sauce, just disappointing. We are at Ambassador’s level which means we are loyal, but we felt our loyalty wasn’t enough. Our sever understood our disappointment, but never asked for a manager. The food quality isn’t always there, sometimes the seafood isn’t fresh and some of the workers seem to be messy and give this “upscale “ restaurant a bad vibe. Because of this I rarely go when this used to be my ultimate hangout and would be the 1st to tell everyone how great this place is and go to the wine club dinner.
