Makes for an incredibly poor experience ### 2/5 — App is trash *2025-06-01* The experience of Cooperstown Dreams Park is 2nd to none! However for the App, it seems they hire developers from Temu. Every time I close the app, I get a blank white screen the next time I reopen. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, and re-login. Not worth $20 at all ### 1/5 — Terrible App Cooperstown should be ashamed *2024-07-08* If the feed works at all it is for about 20 seconds for me and it pauses itself, you hit play and you hear sound for about 10 seconds it starts to play for about 20 seconds and we start all over again. If you could see the kids play $20 is fine but if you can’t fix it, don’t offer it! And to the people that put in their review people don’t know how to use a phone, that is small minded. Too many people here are having the same type of issues. ### 1/5 — Outrages Price Hike *2024-07-03* Weekly video went from $1.99 per week to $20 per week from one year and for the same old webcam. Very disappointing, haven’t purchased one week. $5 would be the most it’s worth per week. And now no yearly pricing for a whole year of the entire summer tournament. App freezing up all the time. Score, balls and strikes were never right. It would be nice to know who is batting or pitching, for example. While it didn’t cost much to watch the frustration wasn’t worth the price. There is a flicker of sound when the game picture loads, but then quickly goes away. Then, about every 5 minutes the screen goes black (as if the app has times out) and we have to reload/reopen the app. I should have known there would be problems when I was putting in my credit card information and the months for the expiration were off. For example, in order to enter October, I had to select November because October shows as the ninth month. Please fix this! Idk if this is an app thing or was at the ball park, but stop with the annoying music in the background. The terrible UI and slow performance are bad enough, but first, you have to be able to login. Even with the purchased option, we have encountered many problems with the "reached maximum devices "even though we are well within number. Would really like our money back because we are unable to check on any updated game details.
