Pedi o serviço pelo aplicativo, que é péssimo, hora mostra que o motorista está vindo, hora mostra que está buscando algum motorista, tudo travando (iPhone). Resultado: fiquei 10 minutos “às cegas” esperando pra ver se o motorista chegava. Chegou, e quando pedi pro mesmo me deixar em casa, disse que eu havia pago só até a entrada do condomínio, e se eu quisesse, teria que ligar o taxímetro pra me cobrar o restante. Detalhe: a corrida custou R$36,00, o DOBRO DO UBER PARA O MESMO HORÁRIO E QUE TEM O MESMO PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO. O motorista ainda riu, falando que “a gente nem gosta quando pedem por aplicativo” e que “ele sabe que o app é péssimo porque todo mundo reclama mesmo”. Ou seja, está se lixando pro cliente, parecendo que estava me fazendo um favor até me deixar na porta do condomínio. Paguei mais caro esperando um serviço bom, no mínimo melhor que o Uber e fui extremamente lesado.
