With the app, you can: - Find a healthcare provider or facility - View your ID card - Check your My Health Pays balance and history Experience the power and ease of going mobile with Coordinated Care. For more detailed benefits information, visit https://www.coordinatedcarehealth.com/. Note: If you are a Medicaid member outside of Washington, please find an app that is based in your state. A better app is coming for Coordinated Care!
