백신패스 계도기간 종료 후 첫날에 제대로 접속도 안 되고 본인인증을 하고 앱 껐다키면 왜인지 알아서 초기화되서 다시 본인인증해야하고 정말 쓰레기같습니다

This app discriminates unfairly against foreigners and families because it only allows registration for users whose name matches their phone contract.   Phone contracts have NOTHING to do with vaccinations.  All that SHOULD be needed is your name, 주민 number, and vaccine info.  Most of us with government issued vaccine proof documents cannot use this app because of its idiotic, poor design.  I would give 0 stars if I could!

You can’t change the language, you can’t change the country, and if you try to confirm your identity via pass OR text as a foreigner, you get a server error message. Considering the importance of an app like this, it’s a bit ridiculous that they failed to make it usable for foreign residents.

제가 평생 앱 리뷰 써본적이 없는데 참다참다 이제 정말 어쩔수가 없어서 리뷰 남깁니다. 앱을 전국민한테 반강제적으로 쓰게 만드실꺼면 제대로 만드셔야죠. 앱 구동이 안되는데 이걸 어떻게 쓰라고 만드신건지… 앱 버그 좀 고쳐주시고 제발 앱 좀 켜지게 제대로 만들어주세요. 직접 잘 못만드시겠으면 잘 만들수 있는 회사나 사람 고용하셔서 제대로 만드시던지요. 전국민이 쓰게 만드셨으면서 이런 품질로 만드시면 정말 답이 없습니다. 반성 좀 하세요.

The app isn’t made for foreigners to use. If you don’t know Hangul - you’re stuck! The app itself is in English, but the connected websites that are needed to authenticate are not and you can’t go past that point! I definitely feel, if you aren’t Korean, they aren’t interested in making things convenient for you! Great concept, poor execution!

I don’t know what’s all the fuss complaining about this app. It’s an app where you can download your vaccination certificate and it serves perfectly fine. It’s NOT an app where you can manage your appointment or anything… and can see they’re preparing it to be available in multiple languages in the nearest future. Just please be patient. You can still do the same thing with kakao or naver.

저는 한국에서 살고 있는 미국 사람이에요.
하지만 본인인증이 잘 안되고 다른 언어도 선택안되며,
서버가 잘 안 뜹니다. 
그리고 영어로 변경 하고싶은데 한국어 밖에 선택할수없어요. 
이 문지는 많은 사람들에게도 있어서 최대한 빨리 고치면 좋을 것 같아요!

The concept for this app is good but poorly executed. Twice my data has disappeared without warning, and I was only able to retrieve proof of my vax status using Hangeul, not English. Some things don’t work in English or are badly formatted (text runs together and is not legible).  I hope many improvements will be made in the near future.
