Stuck on “Connecting” until it eventually changes to Network Error before restarting the process. Have tried to “repair” to not success.

i've been playing this game for so long now and love it. but for 3-4 days now i cant even get into the app. it shows this continuous loading screen and never ends. it says "connecting" then "network error" over and over again. i have cellular data so i've tried turning my wifi off, connecting my wifi to numerous internets, connected to hotspots, deleted the app and redownloaded it. AND NOTHING WORKS. this needs to be fixed because i cant even get into the app.
