Have tried resolving this with support emails but, so far, no go; disappointing. I suspect that this app was made available too early or in a very uncompleted testing stage; companies like this should really wait to "launch" a new app till it has been throughly tested and proven time and again to work as reliably as stated in the app description. ### 2/5 — No front camera? Bug. *2020-11-28, version 3.0.1* On my iPhone 12 pro this app starts the camera with a black screen, but works when you hit the record button. However, the app will not switch to the front facing camera, which is really why I got the app. Disappointed ### 2/5 — Disappointing as it’s changed *2020-11-04, version 3.0.1* Videos used to upload automatically to your YouTube channel therefore even if please confiscated your phone you would still be able to access the video footage. What’s the point in uploading to iCloud. I won’t be able to access this unless it’s been backed up onto a computer before the phone is seized. ### 2/5 — Basic missing features *2020-10-03* Great idea, and simply rendered, but it’s missing a few basic functions which I would have thought should be standard. Since there is no contact info within the app, I guess I’ll write the request here; 1) landscape mode (portrait mode for video? Really? Why? Wherefore? Whence? There are a number of really excellent reasons that video has evolved to be captured and viewed in a landscape geometry. And only one reason for using portrait mode: not having sufficient functioning neural matter to conceive of 90 degree rotation. 2) option to delete videos from within the app. You’ve heard of ‘delete,’ right? 3) link to contact support, access help or faqs from within the app. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. A direct link to our Help Desk is now available within the app. As for video deletion, we deliberately do not have it available within the app. This helps keep your videos safe should the device be confiscated by law enforcement. Many of them don’t yet know it is legal for the public to film them. ### 3/5 — Could be a contender *2020-02-03, version 1.9.6* This app works with no problems as is. The only issue I have is that it doesn’t upload anything until the video is ended. If someone were to take your phone and smash it or otherwise interrupt the upload nothing would be saved on YouTube. If the app set up a streaming video I believe it would be recorded in progress. The author seems to have disappeared so I don’t hold out much hope for improvements. As others have said this app has a lot of promise but it seems like it will be unfulfilled. ### 4/5 — Upload to YouTube, not my camera roll and YouTube *2019-01-02, version 1.9.6* I love the app and it actually works and opens quick, but I am annoyed that I must allow access to my photos for the app to upload to YouTube. I would like to have them straight to YouTube and not sent to my camera roll where I must later go delete them and then delete from recently deleted, and it also wastes space. This is the one thing I would fix ### 2/5 — Was great now buggy *2015-12-07, version 1.9.2* Am I the only one getting this bug where it take 3-5 minutes for the video to turn on after you press the video button. It just started doing this a month or two ago. Other than that I love it. However, it does not seem to behave in a consistent manner. The video screen starts out as a black screen. Sometimes it remains black, and sometimes it starts displaying the camera screen after a few seconds or longer. It would be nice if we could select whether to show the camera screen or to leave it black. Also, even when the screen is black, it seems to be recording and uploading properly, except that you don't know which camera is active. When I clicked to see videos that others have been posted online it is literally just a long stream of people shaking their naked butts in front of the camera. ### 1/5 — Requested refund from apple *2023-03-20, version 3.4* App will not upload videos to my cloud or their server. Worthless app *2017-03-16, version 1.9.2* You guys have a police misconduct app but allow the cops full access and control of the footage?? What?! When you stop recording there is a pop up message that says "uploading video" and right under there is a button to "cancel upload" ....seriously? You also cannot record with your phone locked so if a cop grabs your phone or he has his gun pointed at you, reaching for your phone would be suicide leaving it open for the cop to take, and have complete access to your phone. He will stop the recording, see the uploading messag, and any idiot will press the cancel upload button. Making this app worthless. You need to get rid of the pop up, and you need to allow the phone to record in the background or lock out the rest of your phone. This app would only be useful in a good by the book police encounter, and why would you need evidence in that case. Did what it was supposed to. Then, an update later, I can no longer see video on the screen. I updated from a jail broken iPhone 6 to a stock iPhone 6S Plus. Same problem. The only thing it does not do is flip the back camera to the front so I don't have to flip it myself when sitting in my car and the phone is in it's cradle pointed at my car window. ### 5/5 — Just started *2020-09-25, version 3.0* The instructions were not perfect. I just found out that when the app opens it starts recording. I was pushing the button and nothing would stop recording I didn’t understand. Perhaps the instructions could be made simpler. Auto uploads to the YT account where I edit the title. I see you haven’t worked n it for awhile... Any chance in the next update (hint) you could add a toggle in settings to disable the sound effect when it starts and stops recording? ### 5/5 — Great app *2018-05-30, version 1.9.6* Every time I tested the app, the video uploaded just fine & within a minute of ending the recording. It’s crashed once since using it, but it worked just fine immediately afterwards when I reopened it. There is even a feature that makes it record as soon as the app opens. Definitely keep this on your iPhone’s dock or at least homepage so you can be ready to record the police or any other situation where you need quick video evidence that an aggressor couldn’t delete if they got your phone. If you’re not comfortable giving this app access to your YouTube account, simply make another YouTube account dedicated to using this app. ### 5/5 — It works! *2017-04-26, version 1.9.5* Good app, works really well.
