Over a couple of days the app wouldn’t load. I reinstalled it but all my history vanished and the reminder feature no longer works. Starting over but thinking of creating my own document instead of relying on the app. ### 2/5 — Lost all data *2020-09-28, version 1.3* Was working just fine until last week. Wouldn’t load. Had to uninstall and reinstall which worked but I lost all of my detailed notes from the last year with no way to recover. I reinstalled for now but will likely try to find a different option. ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work *2020-09-23, version 1.3* Love the premise for this app. In theory, it should make it easy to track injections and remind you to inject. But two big problems... 1) after using it for a while, it shuts down and will stop loading. Just freezes up on me. Only way I could get it to work again was to delete the app and reinstall. But then I had to set it up again and lost all of my history. Then the same thing happened again, so I paid $2.99 for Injection Tracker... so far so good. 2) unfortunately, even for the short period of time it worked, it didn’t make it very easy to rotate injection sites. It seemed to only store the most recent injection site instead of the full recent history to allow you to do a better job of rotating. Overall a missed opportunity for Teva to build customer loyalty and improve compliance. Should be very easy to fix, too. ### 1/5 — App won’t open! *2020-09-09, version 1.3* This app is the worst app ever. First I couldn’t get the app to even load on my phone. Then finally got it to load and had it working. Now can’t even get it to open so I can see where to inject each time. What was wrong with the first app you had that app worked great. For as much as copaxone cost a month they should have an app that works. I wouldn’t even give this a one star. Hope you can fix the problem. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t open most of the time *2020-08-25, version 1.1.1* When I try to open the app, most of the time it’s just a white screen. I’ll have to shut down my phone, turn it back on, and try again. Sometimes I get lucky, sometimes I don’t. Delays me taking my shot. What good is an app that doesn’t even start? I wish the app allowed for time stamps of shots, too, since it really matters how far apart you’re supposed to take it. Functionality is okay enough. I certainly would use anything else if given the option. ### 2/5 — Loved it at first *2020-06-06, version 1.1.1* I really appreciated the app at first. It was great to go in and change settings and rotate injection sites, etc. In the last two weeks however, I can’t get it to load so i just have to guess where I did my last injection. The problem is that every couple of months, the app won’t load anymore. I’ll try to open it, and it just stays stuck on the loading screen with the 3 dots. So I have to delete the app and reinstall it, deleting all of my previous injections in the process, and start over. Which defeats the purpose of the app. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2020-05-15, version 1.1.1* I’ve used Copaxon since 2003 and since this new app version it has been locking up all the time and is terrible. Can’t imagine why you need to have access to my photos to be able to use the app or go onto the next step to download. Should be able to choose version 1 if you wish. I’m just going to set and alarm on my smart phone and track my injection sites on paper. ### 3/5 — Won’t open *2019-10-27, version 1.1.1* The app won’t open at all, it’s been 4 days. I’ve been trying daily and nothing. I’m just keeping track on my own calendar now. Because the injection mark goes away after a week and I don’t want to inject in the same area. Went to check and see where my next injection should be and it won’t open. I’ve tried 10+times to own it, turned my phone on and off, made sure it was updated. For a medicine that cost $8,000 a month , they can afford to make an app that actually works. I have tried to delete and reinstalling it then restarting my phone and it will not go past the screen with the three blue dots going back and forth. Can you work on this, please. Why aren't you showing me my last injection sites?? This is completely useless without it. Update: Still useless app. Even worse as it won't even open majority of the time. Absolutely ridiculous I have to track all my injections on paper. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — keeps loosing my data *2022-08-08, version 1.4.2* This app is reasonably OK, but it keeps losing my data and I have to reload the whole thing and that makes it useless. For the cost of this drug and the thousands of dollars spent you would think they would come up with a halfway decent app. Pathetic really. It keeps freezing on the iPhone and every two months you have to delete it and then reload it and then enter all your parameters again. Pretty annoying ### 1/5 — HELP! This app doesn’t work! *2022-04-25, version 1.4.2* Help! This app doesn’t work! Ever since the update the app will not work - it opens but just stalls. Please fix this issue! I’m very adamant about proper tracking of my injections and have been doing so for 15+ years but life happens and I need the app or something reliable to help! ### 1/5 — Lost everything *2022-01-20, version 1.3.1* Everything was fine for the first two months. After every injection I made notes of the pain level for the area the time and the depth setting. At the start of the third month the app would not open I ended up having to download the app again causing me to lose all previous information. So at this point I’m just back to writing in all down again. ### 1/5 — Fix this app Teva!! *2021-08-11, version 1.3.1* I started using this app when I was initially diagnosed with MS & it worked great! Now it’s horrendous! Teva had all this time during the pandemic to do some revamping of the app yet it just gets worse. Those of us with MS have memory difficulty and this app could be very helpful if it functioned the way it should. PLEASE FIX THIS APP TEVA or just get rid of it because the way it is now it’s worthless!! 😡😢👎🏻 ### 1/5 — App is locked up *2021-05-22, version 1.3.1* I was really liking this app but it has been stuck on the loading screen for two days now. I have closed out, and restarted my phone several times with no luck. I don’t want to delete it and lose the data but it’s worthless to me stuck in this never ending loading so I may just have to. ### 1/5 — Absolute rubbish *2021-02-13, version 1.3.1* I have been on copaxone for 10 yrs and the app is totally unreliable. Every few months it quits working and won’t even load. The only way past this is to uninstall and reinstall. This causes me to lose all my injection history. 🤬 They never should have gotten rid of the paper tracking journals. What a disappointment. It’s not bad enough that my skin is forever dimpled from the constant injections, now I don’t even have the written history of what happened when. 🙁 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t load *2021-01-19, version 1.3.1* The app has now stuck on a loading screen for at least two days now. I’ve missed a dose because I couldn’t get a location for the injection, and the app is the only way to track injection sites and dates. This isn’t the first time the app hasn’t worked, just the most recent. If you’re going to release an app that people rely on to track dosing of your product, maybe you’d better make sure said app functions correctly more than 10% of the time. ### 1/5 — App Never Works *2020-12-20, version 1.3.1* I signed up and was able to track for 2 days but after that the app stopped working. It will send me reminders to track but when I try to go into it, it just freezes on the loading screen and shuts down! It goes from the main screen to the next screen and just keeps waiting for the data to load. If you delete the app and then reload, all your previous information is then lost, making the app pretty useless. It’s better to record via the notes app or in a good old notebook. ### 1/5 — Stopped working lost months of data *2020-11-12, version 1.3.1* Downloaded to track my Glatiramer injections since mylan’s app doesn’t work in the US. Since apples last update the app never loads. I have an appointment with my Neurologist in a few days and all the recorded personal data about my injections is gone!!!! So unhappy that I relied on an unreliable app. Don’t download use a calendar. I love this app till 2 yrs ago the app started acting up (after 2 weeks of use the app kept freezing) and I deleted it, re-installed it again and again till I was finally fed up and deleted it for good. I’ve used other apps since then but other apps didn’t work as well and easy as the Copaxone ITracker 2. I decided to try download it again and after 2 months of use, NO PROBLEMS. I’m so so happy all the bugs are fixed. Well done Copaxone 👏🏽 ### 5/5 — Works well *2019-05-30, version 1.1* My husband and I each downloaded the app. No issues at all with the setup. You finally had the one feature that you lost in your old version: showing your previous injection spots for each injection site. Thanks to the latest update they now finally will show the last 14 injection spots. Without this feature, the only thing the app was doing was telling you which part of your body to inject but not the specifics for those locations. Thanks for FINALLY fixing this. Next up… Downloading your injection history as a back up. ### 3/5 — I’d make one adjustment *2023-06-10* I use this app regularly but I also make notes on a piece of paper because the app only saves the most recent location in any area that I have administered the shot. I would like it to show the past several locations in The same area of the body so I can better rotate sites. Maybe in varying shades of color as to tell which was the most recent? Easy update for improvement: I really wish this app supported badges. I have to say there are others out there, but I can’t seem to get them to work. This one at least seems to work for the most part, but today for some reason it didn’t work and I’ve now missed my shot, something I don’t like to do. I’ve been on Copaxon since 2013 and all my data was moved to this app, as I trusted it more than my book that I never filled out. I don’t even know when I started using this app it’s been so long.
