Other then longer conversations on messages being able to be billed, which was a recent addition, I have enjoyed and appreciated being able to message doctor/nurse for quick questions or concerns! From the moment I walk into the office, everyone is welcoming, kind, and professional. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Whenever I’ve had questions or issues with my patient chart or paperwork, they have been quick to assist and resolve everything right away. Dr. Lahoti is compassionate, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. She explains everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients. A special thank you to Ms. Theresa, who has been absolutely amazing. She is always responsive, patient, and goes above and beyond to help with my prescriptions, insurance, diabetes care, and any questions I have. Her dedication and kindness have made such a positive difference in my healthcare experience. The entire office works together to provide outstanding care, and I truly appreciate their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency.
