You get very basic information, but nothing more. Service bulletins and other technical info for older equipment is seriously lacking. No luck. Printed out a cpl of bulletins my distributor found but they were useless. Tried to call the tech phone number provided on the ap, all it did was get my zip code and sent me to the distributor who couldn’t find what i needed in the first place. I do remember a time in the mid to late 90’s i could call Copeland directly. Not now.
