### 2/5 — Used to be great, what happened?

*2026-08-07, version 1.1.24*

I am not able to search beyond $34K which is ridiculous. The app already doesn’t allow to select multiple makes and models and now it has the highly frustrating glitch.

### 2/5 — Not good user experience

*2026-07-03, version 1.1.24*

After I see the ad placement in Instagram, I tried to install after I signed in. I see a blank white page. Then a couple of times I did reinstall then it works, but the text sizes are very less not user-friendly and also if you find any car in order to see the dealership direction how to pay some money so it’s not free. It is better go to the dealership website and see the car why you why we should pay here

### 2/5 — Used to be amazing

*2026-06-15, version 1.1.24*

I downloaded this app and used it to buy a car two years ago. It was amazing. What in the world did you guys do to it? Now it’s almost useless. Really disappointing as I’m looking for another car. Immediately I came to download your app, but I’m immediately deleting it because it’s literally useless.

### 2/5 — Options

*2026-06-14, version 1.1.24*

This app really needs to use a little less AI or let the user have more options! Doesn’t give you any choices for models once you choose a make!

### 2/5 — Not really “free” App. You have to pay $99.99 for guidance on what to expect and avoid @ dealership.

*2026-04-22, version 1.1.24*

Minimal help to identify car of your choice per your preferences (which you can do at manufacturer’s website). But my big objection is: you have to pay to get help on advice about dealerships, to understand what tricks dealers use, what to expect, etc.. So in fact this App is not “free” as they state.

### 2/5 — Focus is salvaged vehicles

*2026-04-01, version 1.1.24*

Vehicles with salvaged titles will always bubble to the top in this app, because of course they are “great deals”, but I don’t want a salvage vehicle and there is NO way to filter them out.

### 1/5 — No “Next” on Technology set up

*2026-03-12, version 1.1.23*

The setup stalls at the Technology preference screen. 🤷🏼‍♂️

### 3/5 — Glitchy

*2026-03-09, version 1.1.21*

Seems to be very glitchy and slow at times. Matches tend to be a bit off also based on my requests. I’m sure it will get better

### 1/5 — This Data is old and outdated. Delete

*2026-03-08, version 1.1.21*

So I saw this app advertised and decided to download it and give it a try. Very disappointed in the first two examples I tried to pull up data that was from last year’s models. When I ask for the current year, 2026 it said the data was not available yet. Delete.

### 4/5 — $49.99 fee to use to communicate with car dealer

*2026-03-04, version 1.1.21*

I don’t remember seeing anywhere that I was going to have to pay $49.99 to communicate with the car dealer, but I did to use the app to communicate with a dealer.

### 1/5 — Still can’t use it

*2026-03-03, version 1.1.21*

Second time in 2 - 3 months and I still can’t get anywhere with this. The app was not thoroughly tested before rolling it out.

### 1/5 — Not updated?

*2026-03-01, version 1.1.21*

The first car I tried to get information on wasn’t available, since it hasn’t received new information since December 2023. I verified with the app, and it again stated it hasn’t received information since December 2023. However, it suggested that I could go to the car maker’s website for more information. 🤣

### 2/5 — Interface is not intuitive

*2026-03-01, version 1.1.21*

It kinda works. Wants to be tinder for cars however if you want to look at pics forget about getting out of that view. You have to close and reopen the app to go back. Not sure it’s worth the hassle.

### 1/5 — Useless listings

*2026-02-26, version 1.1.19*

Seems like a cool app, but it shows me vehicles that aren’t 100% match of what I want, so I waste time swiping away vehicles that don’t have my “must have” needs. For example, I set a Must Have to be a V8 engine (says there are over 100 in my are) but the results show me trucks that aren’t a mix of V8 and other engines. There’s seemingly no way to talk to the AI after you’ve created a search to tell it to stop showing my vehicles with engines I don’t want.

### 1/5 — Used to be good

*2026-02-18, version 1.1.19*

Used this app about 2 years ago and loved it. Looking for another vehicle now and hate it. I haven’t been able to find a single vehicle.

After asking me a bunch of questions, it prompts me to sign in or sign up. When I click Sign Up and enter my email, it says I already have an account (which I don’t because it’s a brand new email). Then I go to Forgot Password and enter the same email and it tells me I don’t have an account under that address. Then it kicks me back to the AI chat and asks me the same questions again and won’t let me sign up. Tried 2 new email addresses and I get the same runaround. It’s just a big time wasting circle.

### 1/5 — Lame

*2026-02-05, version 1.1.19*

Slow useless app

### 1/5 — Too slow and doesn’t work

*2026-01-14, version 1.1.16*

Too slow to search for anything. No need for ai when I can make the search myself. Doesn’t even work when I search. Terrible

### 1/5 — Dumb app

*2026-01-07, version 1.1.16*

Dumb app. Wont just let you see all the models you would like in an area. Only AI recommendations.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Virtually unusable now

*2026-07-25, version 1.1.24*

This app used to be awesome. Now it’s wildly difficult to use. Only spits out AI options that it “thinks” you want instead of letting you be the judge of what you want.

### 1/5 — Not for the uk

*2026-07-24, version 1.1.24*

Won’t accept uk postcodes

### 1/5 — Not Good

*2026-07-11, version 1.1.24*

I set my criteria and it spits out whatever vehicle at whatever price and miles. What is the point of me inputting my criteria then?

### 1/5 — Search issues

*2026-06-14, version 1.1.24*

Doesn’t narrow down far enough to the exact model. I don’t want hybrid I want hybrid plug-in.

### 1/5 — Used to be better

*2026-05-30, version 1.1.24*

I found and bought a car with CoPilot two years ago. It was very helpful in finding exactly what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Now the app has changed, and I can’t just run a “normal” search. I can’t even figure out how to get to the 10 perfect matches it says it found for me. Why is the app so frustrating and hard to use now? Deleting and looking for something else.

### 1/5 — Glitchy unstable

*2026-05-20, version 1.1.24*

Glitches, AI made it it even worse. How can we disable AI “help” and use traditional search??
And latest update made it even worse, AI will destroy this app. Deleting

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-03-30, version 1.1.24*

So many other apps for way less. I tried canceling and there is no cancel option it’s terrible and bad customer service

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2026-03-14, version 1.1.24*

2 times asked for login .. and entered all the info for car and then screen with results never appeared .. on closing and opening it takes forever to load

### 1/5 — Confused

*2026-03-13, version 1.1.24*

This doesn’t have any of the features people talk about or displayed in the pictures. It’s just an AI chat bot? Confused

### 1/5 — Not useful

*2026-03-13, version 1.1.24*

The AI prompt gives the impression that you are on the right path then it revolves into a basic search engine.

I entered: 2020 Ford Transit Passenger van with AWD, mid roof and short wheelbase.

The app returned 56 vehicles year 22-24. None matched my request.

And I know this is a difficult vehicle to find… that is why I was looking for AI help.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Many options and excellent analysis

*2026-05-29, version 1.1.24*

Copilot is the first app I have seen that scours the market and provided you with many current options depending on the features you have chosen. The recommendations are based on excellent analysis.

### 5/5 — Purchased Last Three (3!) Kid Cars This Way

*2026-03-28, version 1.1.24*

If you’re a researcher - this is for you. Aggregates all the data and finds needles in the haystack. Our requirements: Reliable, well maintained, under 60k mileage, under 15-20k price, all in. This app was the only way we could’ve found the gems we did. For one of them, it was out of state in a small town, but priced so aggressively that even after we shipped it, it was still a steal. Only wish some of the criteria adjustments didn’t have to be made at the profile level instead of the car level. Made for extra clicks. But a small price to pay.

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2025-12-10, version 1.1.12*

There’s a few bugs in the app and there’s a delay in sales, but I was able to find my dream truck on here! It was a Sunday night and my boyfriend called as soon as the dealer opened the next day and we beat the rush! The dealer said no one was wanting to look at it until it posted to copilot. Then it was a hot commodity. Super grateful for this app and how it pulls from so many sources!

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2025-11-30, version 1.1.12*

I used this app to buy both my last two cars. It demystifies the process and makes it a lot more efficient, providing all vehicle details without having to click through multiple pages as well as insights about market value and dealer willingness to negotiate. Really outstanding app

### 5/5 — Look no further… best vehicle buying app!!!

*2025-06-02, version 1.1.10*

I spent months and months using all the other apps and doing a nationwide search for a specific vehicle I wanted. Got a random suggestion one day for CoPilot… downloaded it, thinking why not. Well not only did I find exactly the vehicle I wanted that was not listed on any other site… But it was $10,000 less than the going rate. I bought the vehicle the same day and that was two years ago. Thank you CoPilot… you literally saved me $10,000 and yours is the ONLY app I recommend to others.

### 5/5 — Mandatory before purchasing a vehicle

*2025-05-29, version 1.1.10*

CoPilot not only saved me money by describing how to negotiate, it explained what charges were normal and which fees to watch out for. I felt like I was armed with the knowledge of how to get a good deal.

### 5/5 — Bugs

*2025-04-06, version 1.1.10*

Unable to delete previous searches. When I click “yes” to delete nothing happens. This seems like a basic simple QA miss.

### 5/5 — AWESOME APP

*2025-02-28, version 1.1.10*

I never would’ve found the car we purchased without it, it made finding a vehicle so much easier!

### 5/5 — Found a better deal on my way to buy..

*2025-02-20*

I tried CoPilot as a last minute effort. I had previously typed in my parameters to ChatGPT and had some decent result but nothing like CoPilot.

I literally was preparing to buy a 2021 Tahoe and due to a delay in communication from the dealer i had some extra time on my hands. I found CoPilot randomly and decided to search for fun. I had no plans of buying anything else.

Fast forward about 5 minutes and I had 300 cars that matched my criteria in my radius. It found a 2024 with less miles and under factory warranty about a hour and a half away from me. I called the dealer and told them the situation. That couldn’t match the price of the 2021 but got really close. So I got a 2024 Tahoe under factory warranty for about 2k more than the other car I was going to buy that day.

I have been telling everyone about this app. I told my sales agent and bank manager..they had never heard of it but were really excited about it. My bother is using it now to find a truck. I highly recommend using it. As long as it stays true to the customer and doesn’t sell out to dealerships for $$$ this is a great app to find matches.

I would pay for this service in the future. It would have saved me a ton of work had I found it sooner.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're thrilled that CoPilot helped you find an even better deal on your Tahoe and saved you time in the process. Stories like yours are exactly why we built this app. We appreciate you spreading the word and your thoughtful feedback. Happy driving, and we hope your brother finds the perfect truck, too!

### 5/5 — Good app

*2025-02-20, version 1.1.10*

Struggled with it at first not like a normal search engine but I struggle with a lot of things. After I used it for a bit it was extremely helpful.
