However lacks integrations & Mobile Use *2019-05-02, version 1.5.33* They finally fixed propsperworks I was an early adopter and it was the same old non-sense just made by Google. Now Copper has an automated data retrieval tool which will auto create accounts and allow you to focus on leads and opportunities in a straight forward UI. Unlike in Salesforce + Yesware the process of adding a contact or lead for a new account takes about 20 minutes alone 30min if you look up the address, URLs and phone numbers. Copper cuts that down to seconds. However there is no good integration with an email client meaning you have to jump back and forth from the COPPER APP and your mail client — it says there is a copper mail client I have yet to see it but I could be missing it.. ### 4/5 — Basically good CRM especially for Gsuite users *2019-04-30* Still a few quirks in the iOS app but overall very solid. I am writing the review in hopes that the app will not ask me for the 1000th time if I am enjoying using it. OK fine so I enjoy it now lets hope I don’t have to see it on the home screen every time I launch the app. They are very proud of the system which can capture contact info from inbound emails but its unreliable. Unfortunate as that’s a major selling point. App also logs you off whenever it seems to feel like it. A little annoying when you have to log on again on the iOS app. If I am looking up a contact I don’t need to be bogged down with logging on again. I asked them Devs. about it and they said its normal. I asked why but haven’t received a response yet. I am using both Copper and Zendesk Sell which used to be Base CRM. Zendesk sell has the better interface for mobile. It synchronizes to the phone so if you are out and about with no internet then you can still find a number. So; four stars for Copper and hopefully the program won’t keep asking me if I like it. :) ### 4/5 — Try it and you will see. *2019-03-05, version 1.5.28* So many great features. Best used with Gmail extension via chrome. The mobile app is also excellent...particularly love the ease of entering information on the run. ### 4/5 — Clean and Clear *2019-02-22, version 1.5.28* Copper crm offers clean interface and clear relationship structure of all contacts and opportunities, enabling deeper dive and analysis on our business. Three downsides, 1. Not suitable for beginner individual as there are other alternatives that offer cheaper pricing and much more focused functionalities to the industry. 2. Pricing can get high when you go to business and all the integrations, the higher price brackets makes you wonder about other CRM. 3. iOS mobile functionalities can be improved However, it does have great potential we are really looking forward to future functionalities and integrations. ### 5/5 — Good product *2019-02-19, version 1.5.26* This is a crucial part of my daily sales workflow. I’ve used for about 2 months now and maintain it is a wonderful tool that looks great and just simply works. Tried several others that also integrate with G-suite and they just seem clunky without a good flow. Copper is very intuitive and smart... whether it’s adding leads, contacts, companies or updating activities. Everything is very well organized with a super clean design. The mobile app allows to make calls and send messages from within it, so when you hang up, the log activity page comes up to make notes. It’s been a game changer for someone who struggled with following up and keeping track of tasks! Highly recommend! ### 4/5 — Solid CRM *2018-12-26* Copper’s functionality isn’t too distinct from other CRMs I’ve used, but it’s #1 value is the seamless integration with G Suite. Only improvement I’d like to see is create an option for individual users as part of small group to implement certain features. For example, I’d like to use the automated tasks, but my two other colleagues wouldn’t use that functionality. We have to purchase upgrade for entire team. It’s so clearly a web app! I couldn’t even send an email without it constantly presenting the paste popup. Please rebuild the app using a native UI toolkit and not some terrible web tech. ### 1/5 — Warning Before Use *2022-01-17* Copper is a decent product. It allows you to manually log all of your calls, texts and so forth and it tracks your emails. Nothing that should come as a surprise as the vast majority of CRM’s do this today. What is unique is their billing and cancellation policy. If you sign up for 1 month you are being locked into one year without any notice or notification. Even though I spoke with a representative named Oliver who said they would let me get out of my agreement, copper continues to bill me. If you try to cancel or request support… there is none… As a military veteran, I am very disappointed that a product that claims to look after people would do such a thing. Another example for bad customer experience is the current update. Did nobody think about how irritated the user could be if a company which he trusts with his/hers clients database can be if you change the app name and icon without notice. Over the weekend? F@@@ me, i was not annoyed, i am freaking out. Super unprofessional behaviour. ### 1/5 — App lacks functionality - making it useless *2018-05-09* I’m using the app on iPad and cannot change the sort order for people. In the browser I sort by Last contacted date. In the app it only shows people sorted alphabetically. Because of this I’m using Prosperworks in the browser - which also doesn’t work because I can’t see the entire screen; and there’s no way to scroll to the truncate part of the screen on the right.
