I wanted over $40 right away and I cashed out $30 of it (which is the minimum)? Then they hit me with a $4 fee to cash out on top. Now I’ve been “earning” for weeks and weeks and my balance barely moves and the worst part is that I have two unpaid completed offers totaling $69. If they ever come through I’ll cash out and be done with this app that has turned into a joke over time. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-09-06, version 4.60.0* I do not like this app what so ever. When you’re snapping pictures of your receipts it takes way to long to up load and a lot of times you need to do one than once second they want you to play a bunch of games. I had the app for almost 8 months and I barely had 1300 points, which it wouldn’t let me cash out because I didn’t earn any points through gaming. Waste of time, fetch is so much better and you can cash out for gift cards. ### 3/5 — Judging people *2026-09-05, version 4.60.0* It is a ok app until they accuse you of being a under age kid making up a name and date ### 1/5 — Deleted my app *2026-09-05, version 4.60.0* Out of all the apps that I have tried to use this is probably the worst and never let you upload anything. It tells you to find other ways to earn to level up every time you try to play a game it doesn’t work. It is just nothing but a complete waste of time every time I try to scan a receipt you have to level up. How can you level up if you can’t play games so if you can’t do anything else, there’s no leveling up. ### 2/5 — Used to be good *2026-09-05, version 4.60.0* Was a decent app allowing more receipt scans. Well it’s not! 5 receipts a week unless you rank up. Which is hard to do if you don’t play games. Thinking about deleting if they don’t change something. You don’t take points away or change something on people who have been loyally using your app for years and not give them something in return. Also, the wheel spin thing is a joke. A majority of the time, I land on Game Promo. Listen, some of us are too old and don’t have time or the interest to play games. The only other thing I land on is the 1 point reward. Sorry, but this app is no longer a productive use of my time. This app is a lie, ad said id get $10 just for downloading it. I downloaded it and guess what, scam said I had $0.00 balance and no cash out available. Since that was a lie, I’m not wasting my time trying to play games to get any cash because the 10 free cash was a lie, so that tells me they will not pay out. Time wasted is money lost on Copper. ### 1/5 — Earnings 😞 *2026-09-03, version 4.60.0* Another app that says instant deposits 3-10 business days for $30 ### 1/5 — I think it’s a scam *2026-09-02, version 4.59.0* At first when I would go to the cash out section it would tell me I needed at least 1700 coins to cash out and now that I have 2200 it says I need another 700 something more and It just won’t let me reach it. plus I referred someone that I know and they downloaded it and installed and played their game like it says to do and I still haven’t gotten the referral coins for that which is what I would need in order to cash out I think because it says I can cash out my first $25 but then in the cash out section it wants another 700 coins so even if I did get the 400 from the referral I guess I wouldn’t be able to. so it’s like it won’t let you get there and even though I did the referral and they did what they were supposed to it just hasn’t given it to me still and they haven’t given them their coins either. Plus their daily wheel spin every time I get one coin. Most surveys tell you that you don’t qualify even if you answered a lot of questions. You are limited to how many receipts you can submit each week unless you get xp to boost your level to submit more. The only reason for 2 stars is support finally gave me enough points to cash out. Up to 10 days though for payment. Now it’s 7 maximum. Who only acquires 7 a week ? It forces you to “level up” to unlock the ability for more receipts. Also pushes you to play the games for points. I know my account is fully verified because I found my June $100 deposit directly in my PayPal transaction history stating "Thank you for using Copper." The system said this $50 payout would go through Tremendous, but I have received absolutely no email link, no confirmation, and the in-app chat box is totally broken. Support is ignoring my emails. Please look at my account manually, cancel this broken pending transaction, and reverse my points or push the payout through! ### 1/5 — Use other similar apps *2026-09-06, version 4.60.0* Wont track any game progress, I use other apps that do the same with no issue. Daily “bonus” is almost always 1 coin, I got 2 coins once. Doesn’t scan about 30% of my receipts, other apps have no issue. Payout is super low compared to other apps. Overall, not great. Haven’t even gotten to cash out yet, so I’ll update and maybe raise to 2 stars if I have no issues. But after all this, I don’t have high hopes. Update: issues never fixed and now it limits your receipt scans unless you do other things in addition to receipts, and they keep adding more requirements. Gave up on cashing out and deleted. I really didn’t wanna put a five star, but I know that would draw attention & keep it from being buried with bad reviews, and it also could be a false buildup of the app but it’s the only way to get reviews seen. They have all these stages now and they want you to level up. They are requiring you to spend money inside of the app to be able to scan your receipts. I’m in this to make extra cash not spend it on games. Idk I guess the company is falling on hard times so they’re gonna start sucking money back off of us that are trying to use it so I think I’m done. And I really hate it. It use to work well year or so ago.
