Currently on 8 business days. Cash out says it’s processed. Still has not arrived in my account. JustPlay cash outs are way faster (instant! Literally) and you don’t have to spend money. I was hitting my game goals and earning some pocket money for myself. And I played so much coin master to get the 30,000 credits when you complete level 300. I made it. Sent screenshots to prove it was my account. Someone named Glenn responded to me and asked for more screenshots. I sent them. And crickets. It’s been since July 27th since I’ve actually have heard anything back from them. I feel like I will never get rewarded the credits I should’ve got. ### 1/5 — Has turned into a scam. *2026-09-12, version 4.60.0* Multiple times raised the minimum payout so that receipt scanning couldn’t reach the threshold. Blocked my account for ‘suspicious activity’ and multiple requests to tech support went unresponsive. Lost access to app for 2 months now. Sad, this used to seem like an app more competitive than fetch and now it just seems like it has turned into a scam ### 1/5 — Payouts take forever, no customer support. *2026-09-10, version 4.60.0* The first little payout was fine & only took idk 2 days but I cashed out $50 & it’s been pending for 4 days. There’s no support. I tried to contact them about one of the games not giving me the last reward but it just says their chatbot is down & to email them. So I emailed them & a bot wrote me back saying to take screenshots, but I had already done all that k send a video but I still can’t get in touch with a real person. Not worth the hassle. I sent referrals within the app by copying my referral code, then hit share, and then sent the code to several people. They said I did it wrong. How are we supposed to earn a reward if we can't scan all of our receipts? What is the point of having a website that has receipt scanning if you don't even track purchases? The whole thing seems like a ploy to gain user information, sell it to the highest bidder, and never give rewards to users. Lame. When you send an email to the support desk, you receive an AI generated email telling you to use the chat bot. The chat bought in the app is currently “unavailable“. Then the email tells you to reach out to a phone number via text, to which the text promptly replies “we do not handle support via text, please reach out to our chatbot” which is of course still unavailable!! I would just like to get some help with my issue. I don’t think it should take 17+ emails of requesting an agent. When I signed up it was 25k to cash out now the limit is 30k. Receipt are only worth 3 cent and 5 per week. Games are worth a few cents. They have all these stages now and they want you to level up. They are requiring you to spend money inside of the app to be able to scan your receipts. I’m in this to make extra cash not spend it on games. Idk I guess the company is falling on hard times so they’re gonna start sucking money back off of us that are trying to use it so I think I’m done. And I really hate it. It use to work well year or so ago.
