Was forced to update my app, and now it’s just stuck on a blank screen with a picture of the Grand Canyon and a status bar that says “Completing app update”, only nothing happens. Never had a problem at all. Until their computer messed up an apostrophe in the Payee name (Sam’s Club MC) and produced a Payee name such as: Sama EE and some symbols unrecognizable to me, TM (tiny in size and raised-they stand for “Trade Mark”) with the correct PO Box, city, state and ZIP Code. It was mailed out to my Payee, Sam’s Club, on the correct day, with the correct dollar amount. But because CSCU’s computer chose to jumble up the top line, it’s unable to be electronically sent, it’s not really payable to Sam’s Club, so Sam’s Club MC can’t cash it. I will take care of that bill, but my frustration is with CSCU. I have called CSCU with no reconciliation and then I went inside my branch to have this investigated. They acknowledged their computer’s error.
