Was forced to update my app, and now it’s just stuck on a blank screen with a picture of the Grand Canyon and a status bar that says “Completing app update”, only nothing happens. Good thing my auto loan is set up for automatic payments, I guess… ### 2/5 — The app is not working properly *2026-02-13, version 3.30.2* Every few months, the app stops working yet there are no updates in the App Store for iPhones. Which causes a client or customer to go online on a computer. It would be nice if the app or the could rectify this. As for the credit union itself it’s a great place to bank. Pending transactions are no longer included in the available balance. Info that used to be easily accessible is now three clicks away. My husband can’t have his own login. It’s a ridiculous update. ALSO, this is an entirely new app so the 4.3 star rating needs to be reset. ### 1/5 — Horrible transition.. *2025-02-13, version 3.19.1* What a bad attempt trying to transition to a new updated app for this company. I have my car loan thru this company and I am highly considering going else where. It use to be so easy to add an additional bank account to make car payments and now it takes at least 3 days to even get additional info to add your new account. My car payment is coming up soon and I’m stressed about whether or not they will give me this additional info to make transfers. Calling them over the phone is unbearable as well they don’t have an option for a call back so you’ll be on hold for at least an 1-2 hours if not more. ### 1/5 — Goodbye Coopperstate, hello any other bank *2025-02-13, version 3.19.1* The new app is horrible and customer service for it is non existent. I don’t think anyone even tested this new app and if they did whomever released it should be fired. You cannot see your running balance and you cannot see your previous bill pays to cancel or change. And the “high yield savings” is a joke! I made more money in one month than we did the whole year in a different savings, they should call it “Pennie’s for your dollars savings” ### 1/5 — Bill pay messed up *2026-03-25, version 3.32.0* We use bill pay and have for five years. Never had a problem at all. Until their computer messed up an apostrophe in the Payee name (Sam’s Club MC) and produced a Payee name such as: Sama EE and some symbols unrecognizable to me, TM (tiny in size and raised-they stand for “Trade Mark”) with the correct PO Box, city, state and ZIP Code. It was mailed out to my Payee, Sam’s Club, on the correct day, with the correct dollar amount. But because CSCU’s computer chose to jumble up the top line, it’s unable to be electronically sent, it’s not really payable to Sam’s Club, so Sam’s Club MC can’t cash it. I will take care of that bill, but my frustration is with CSCU. I have called CSCU with no reconciliation and then I went inside my branch to have this investigated. They acknowledged their computer’s error. It’s been two weeks and no one has called me to say “here’s what happened.” I am just warning you. ### 1/5 — Extremely unreliable *2026-01-26, version 3.30.2* Constantly has issues with using Zelle and with reliability loading account data. It was a Lopes Student checking account and (purple 😝) I’m from and live in Alabama and still use the account. I think he is a great ambassador for Copper State Credit Union and I Compliment him in this open way. I think credit unions often get. Feedback on the negative situations, but not the positive. So I just wanted to give my two cents. Oh wait… Do we still have pennies?
