I love them, thank you Canyon state. They have continued to be there whenever I’ve had issues concerning my account and/or debt care. Services have swift and efficient my pleased to say. There were several pending transactions that didn’t show up and if they had, I would have been able to cancel my card sooner. It’s not as user friendly as larger bank apps such as Wells Fargo and Chase. It also does not work well with Venmo or other Cash sharing apps...I keep a Wells Fargo account just so I can easily and quickly send money to others. I joined about 25 yrs ago when it was Deer Valley. For the most part I continue to enjoy great service, attention to detail and prompt responses to issues. Any issues are resolved quickly. The employees are courteous and professional. I was able to get a personal loan just based on my signature.
