Select account name/nickname- user may select multiple times because the app is not responsive. Significant wait before the bio-metrics authenticates. Oops First thing first the app was working well then they updated it and now the quickveiw doesn’t work. Even though they advertise On how to set it up. Then I get a saucy email with no help. Then I get a call from a very nice lady who I think tried as hard she could and to the best of her abilities. Then told me they were looking into it and should updates with a fix. Just use the full site from your browser. It always works and more banking options. I log out after every session. I have to start over again. Picking a date to make a payment should show the day also. I always pay my bills one business day before they are due. It would be very helpful to know the day the bill is due. Having the year to scroll through is horrible. Sometimes the year scrolls over to the following year when I’ve been entering the date to pay the bill. I’ve ended up paying late fees because of that. I’d rather type in the year than having it scroll to another in error. How many bills are paid in the following year?
