It would be nice to add more features such as your steady work hours this way there is no need to continuously enter your straight time hours.. There's so many great possibilities with this app that we would love to see, all in all... Good job for a great app ### 4/5 — Good app but could be improved *2012-07-07* I think the app is great. A few recommendations though. I want to add travel time in there, maybe ability to show photo of OT slip (which is helpful in filling out a new one if the slip gets lost, ability to add detail numbers and also ability to put the date paid and what check # it was paid on. ### 4/5 — Quick and EZ OT calculator *2011-11-13* This app perfect it is quick and easy to use the new update is works well with tracking the only thing i would like to know is can the tracking feature be updated so we can save our ot on a daily bases so we can refer back to the days we worked ot rather than just see a lump sum for total ot hours worked. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Update Lost Everything *2026-02-27* Should have notified your customers that you would be deleting the old app. I am glad that I purchased it years ago only to be forced to subscribe to a monthly or annual plan. The app is completely useless without spending extra money. Thanks for nothing. **Developer response:** My bad, but this update required a complete rebuild to remain compatible with modern iOS versions as it was recently removed completely from the App Store. Unfortunately, data stored locally in the legacy version could not be migrated. I understand it’s frustrating and appreciate everyone who has supported the app over the years. If you email me at dave_doxsee@yahoo.com, I will provide a solution for you the best I can. ### 1/5 — Why fix what wasn’t broken *2026-02-26* I had this app for nearly ten years to calculate my OT, it was a comprehensive interface and kept track of all my entered overtime. Now this “update” deleted all my logged overtime and requests me to pay a premium to receive the same service that was originally included on the app. **Developer response:** Thank you for your support over the years, it’s much appreciated. The truth is the app was broken and it had been removed from the App Store by Apple. I did a full rebuild, but was not able to migrate legacy data. It’s frustrating, I’m sorry. If you make a mistake you can't click the previous section to fix it. No matter how many times you press the save button it doesn't save. When you try to look at the previous months nothing is saved. The developers made their money and stopped maintaining this thing. Now it’s complicated and deleted all of my past OT slips! Including new ones!! I was also automatically charged for an annual rate! I would have never kept this app had I’d known this would happen! Please bring back the old version or something similar…. The app can use some tweaking but is otherwise a great app. ### 5/5 — Best App I've Ever Purchased *2012-06-22* I'm and NYPD officer in the Bronx and I absolutely love this app! Makes it very easy to keep track of all my OT and helps me keep track of making sure in getting paid for all the extra hours I put in without having to keep photo copies of the slips all over my locker. And the recent update (4.0) makes this app even better. I just have one minor suggestion. A feature that calculates your total earnings (salary + OT) and keeps track of your total time bank (vacation, chart days, commanders days, comp time) would be cool. Still a fantastic app the way it is! ### 5/5 — Great Improvements!!! *2011-12-09* 5 stars. Great improvements now. Ability to save last entry for time scheduled to work, has been added, Ability to keep track of overtime in app. Closest app to the actual OT slip (right on the money). Ability to automatically skip from hours to minutes field without having to touch minutes field or next button would be great. Also ability to automatically enter your working tour and actual time worked in calendar . I use it all the time and it's great to have it at the end of a long day when I'm so tired I can hardly think. Any person who needs to calculate overtime can use it, not just cops. The option to save the time worked by cash or time is great. Thank you for this app! ### 5/5 — Great app, but a little rough around the edges *2011-10-17* Thanks for putting in the time to make this app, I've only had it for a couple of weeks and it's already come in handy. I have a few suggestions for an update that I think would make it even better: 1) Automatically move onto the "minutes" field after entering in the hour without having to tap. Doesn't seem like a lot, but it would make it much smoother. 2) Keep track of how much OT was earned for the pay period / month / quarter, and if it is in Time or Cash. That would be very, very helpful, and I think many more people would get this app if it did that. Thanks! ### 4/5 — travel time *2015-03-02* where is the travel time section? ### 4/5 — Great and useful *2014-09-24* I love this app. I've had since 2012 and it's worked perfectly with each new iOS upgrade. However, there is a bug now with iOS 8. You can't edit the date on your overtime slip on the calculator. If I press the edit button, it locks up and freezes, and of course, you can't edit the date. Sometimes we just want to get out and worry about the overtime slip the next day, and this is a problem because I can't accurately keep track of my overtime, I would have to do it right then and there. Luckily I haven't had overtime that goes into another day, that would be a problem as well. I love the app, please fix it.
