Coptic Leader was designed and written inside the Sunday School Ministry at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of Washington, DC — by the people who were unhappily running it on spreadsheets, group chats and memory. This app replaces all three. Coordinators see the whole ministry. Servants see their class. Nothing quietly falls through the cracks. LESSONS Assign each Sunday to a servant. They submit a plan and slides; you review, approve or ask for changes — with the whole exchange kept on the lesson. Guest speaker coming? Record that they've confirmed and know the topic. Party or event instead? Name an organizer and collect a plan and location the same way. KIDS Class rosters with allergies pinned at the top, parent contacts, birthdays, photo permissions and notes — and a full history of who has looked after each child. ATTENDANCE Sunday sessions, Friday Night Activities, events and servants' meetings. Percentages count only the period each servant has actually been serving, so nobody is marked down for a Sunday before they joined. OUTREACH Log every call, text and in-person visit.
