The second I paid my subscription, the app crashed. I was unable to open it. All conversations and matches deleted. I was even unable to delete my profile, photos, information, subscription etc. I tried on multiple occasions over a few days. I contacted the administrators - no response. I’m not sure who’s running this app, but I believe this is all a scam. I can’t even get into my account to delete further billings and subscriptions, so I have to cancel my card now. Terrible customer service. Terrible features.
