It is annoying! And I shouldn’t be paying to see who messaged me or liked me! That’s basically free in every app but you should upgrade for other/different features! No likes and I can’t even view the messages. Firstly, it needs to be advertised correctly. If you’re going to charge for something that doesn’t work then I’m going to have issues with it. Secondly, your search preferences don’t work. I search 50 year olds and up and got a thirty year old. Also if I’m going to pay for an app I’d like to at least search by race. And I would like to only get that specific rate contact me. Right now I don’t think what you’re charging is worth it. The second I paid my subscription, the app crashed. I was unable to open it. All conversations and matches deleted. I was even unable to delete my profile, photos, information, subscription etc. I tried on multiple occasions over a few days. I contacted the administrators - no response. I’m not sure who’s running this app, but I believe this is all a scam. I can’t even get into my account to delete further billings and subscriptions, so I have to cancel my card now. Terrible customer service. Terrible features.
