Registration issues
It doesn’t even let you finish signing up and even if you did they put a message saying your account is in review we will get back to you, then nothing
Too long for approval
I downloaded this app about two months ago, and my profile is still being reviewed. I had even tried to ask for it be deleted just to see if that might do something, then I could have just started over.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled thinking it may be a glitch or something. I have sent a couple other emails to support asking when my profile would be usable and still haven’t heard anything in response.
I was hopeful to try this app, but how can you use an app that you can’t log into?..
I understand it can take a little time to approve a profile, but I don’t think it should take months..

Stole my money
I want a refund!! I’m not sure what happened but I paid for a month subscription and I only got 5 minutes to see my matches and when I left and came back my view was blocked as if I didn’t pay for it. This is the second time this happens and I thought with the new update it would be better but it’s not. Please refund me! Thank you.
