I had even tried to ask for it be deleted just to see if that might do something, then I could have just started over. I have uninstalled and reinstalled thinking it may be a glitch or something. I have sent a couple other emails to support asking when my profile would be usable and still haven’t heard anything in response. I was hopeful to try this app, but how can you use an app that you can’t log into?..
