This app has so many great features. I bought this app for the mac too. I also signed up for the subscription for the iPhone and iPad app so I can get more features. I like that I can save text, URLs, images, and more with this app and have it sync with all my devices. I can then easily paste it anywhere I want. There is even a keyboard feature to switch to the copy em keyboard to paste things anywhere. I have this on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPad mini 6 and my M1 and M2 MacBook Pro and it works flawlessly. Also, I emailed support for this app and they answered my question which was very helpful. By the way there is a great full video tutorial on how to use this app on the ScreenCastsOnline website. I’ve been using the mac version of this for ages and it’s light years ahead of anything else. Truly perfect. Same for the iOS version! Every time I think it’s missing a feature, I email Hoi and he replies in minutes, even in the middle of the night on the weekend, letting me know the functionality I was suggesting be implemented actually already exists currently and tells me how to do it. So good! The first thing I tried to do was add some iPhone screenshots of articles and whatnot for a project I’m working on. They didn’t appear on the brand new list I had created. Weird. Checked the “All” list. Not there either. Hmm maybe I hit cancel instead of add by mistake. Tried to add them again. That’s when I got hit with the “Cannot add new items. You have reached the free-use limit of 100 items in Copy ‘Em.” What? I whipped through all of my lists again. Nothing. I closed and reopened the app. Still not there. I tried to add them again. Same error message. Deleted the app. Anybody know of a similar one that actually works? ### 1/5 — Subscription. Arriviamo al dunque, sono essenzialmente tre i problemi che ho riscontrato e che spero verranno risolti, visto il costo: - Problemi nella sincronizzazione via cloud. Non so perché ma la sincronizzazione tra più dispositivi va male e i dati salvati su un dispositivo, e sincronizzati, o non compaiono proprio sull’altro o prima compaiono e poi spariscono; - Problemi nello storage dei dati. Non so perchè ma dopo un po’ i dati salvati, soprattutto le immagini, scompaiono ( anche sullo stesso dispositivo). Ho provato a fare delle verifiche nelle impostazioni, e non ho riscontrato nulla per cui ciò debba succedere: ho controllato la capienza massima di dati, modificabile dall’utente, e non é stata minimante raggiunta. Quindi, non mi spiego perché alcuni dati debbano scomparire o, ancora peggio, le immagini o non si trovano, o ,se si trovano, risultano non apribili e inutilizzabili ; -Problemi con la possibilità di fare lo screen. Non so perché dopo un po’ lo screen non funziona più e non mi salva più le acquisizioni dello schermo. Ho scaricato e avviato correttamente il pacchetto di aiuto consigliato in queste situazioni, e, sebbene all’iniziato fosse migliorata la situazione, adesso nuovamente mi da problemi. Inoltre, anche quando mi salvava gli screen, mi dava problemi e non li metteva direttamente nella lista ( creabile ) che stavo usando, ma li posizionava nella home generale. Quindi, quando funzionava lo screen, dovevo io manualmente spostare l’acquisizione dello schermo o della finestra che avevo fatto nella lista che stavo usando. Questi sono i problemi che ho riscontrato. Vedo tanto potenziale in questa app, e per questo non ho messo 1 stella. Per il prezzo abbastanza alto di quest’applicazione, rispetto ad altre, mi aspetto che i problemi vengano risolti. ### 3/5 — Repeated Crashes *2024-07-11, version 2.6.4* I’ve been using this app for serval years without any issues. Recently, after the latest update, I have started receiving crashes on my iPhone and have not been able to solve the problem by rebooting my phone. Appreciated! ### 4/5 — Works Well but Restricted by Apple’s Security Policy Change *2023-01-21, version 2.5.2* I’m trying to revise a prior review in which I criticized this app for what is really a change in iOS security (and for which the developer has no responsibility). The developer pointed out what setting I needed to change in order to make the app more usable and I’m thankful for his explanation. This app held great promise for creating a common clipboard shared by all your macOS and iOS devices. Unfortunately, Apple’s decision to require the user to approve each and every cross-app clipboard copy makes this app much less useful. Nevertheless, it is still very good at syncing snippet libraries across all devices so you have the same text boilerplate everywhere. So, to summarize, it’s very good for pasting from libraries of snippets but tedious copying to them. It isn’t the developer’s fault, but ever since Apple busted the automatic clipboard copy it hasn’t fully lived up to what I bought it for. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — A LIFETIME PAYMENT *2026-07-17, version 2.9.0* A Lifetime payment like OneTap would have been nice. ### 5/5 — One of my best purchases ever *2025-08-25, version 2.7.1* This app is amazing. It is so useful to be able to have a history (fully customizable and able to be broken into saved groups of lists as well) of all of the things I have recently copied to my clipboard. It saves me a lot of time! The free version on its own is really, really good. Additionally, for me at least, paying for the paid version subscription has been more than worth it, as I can sync copied items in this app between all of my devices. 🤯 ### 5/5 — Handy *2025-08-01, version 2.7.1* This app makes writing with text from web, books, PDFs, keyboard much easier. I can also readily create text notes in the app. Offers subtle features for power users— apply text transforms to pasted text, auto delete copied content of adjustable age yet autosave one category. Display content by data type and which app it’s copied from as well as string search. Satisfying click confirms success. This is (was) my most daily used app and now it's functionality has been fundamentally crushed. I keep my 5 star rating because this is not the fault of the developer, this is still really a fantastic app. The new IOS 18 update has brought nothing but useless features I don't need and making everything more messy, complex and idiotic than before. I'm on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I had already long ago made the decision to jump ship. Now after this disastrous IOS 18 update, that decision is clearer than before. Apple has become a corporation that has nothing left of what it used to be.
