When I try and use the AI checker, I receive the following error: Failed to analyze text. Error: The operation couldn't be completed. (Copyleaks. OpenAlError error 1.)

I got this and bought the year plan “Pro”.  It worked great and now I just get an error.  I contacted support and they won’t respond.  Tried going through the App Store to contact support and it takes me nowhere.

I saw this product on the news. Company ceo stated it was available free until “a certain volume” has been obtained. Downloaded app to find no trial or otherwise.
