It has helped me recognize the patterns that make my life harder overall. I used it while setting boundaries after being a person who was unable to do so before. It helped me recognize the need for the boundaries and then the ai chat helped me deal with my severe anxiety, guilt, and shame for setting those boundaries. It helped me identify why these boundaries are necessary for my best well being. This is really hard for me as a person that avoids conflict at all costs. Once I could see the pattern and know why I was the way I am and what was occurring it became easier to make better decisions and deal with the outcomes without the extreme stress. I have to tell it everyday not to do that. I want to talk about things. So it doesn’t learn when you tell it things. An app shouldn’t just tell you to sleep.
