The app continuosly shuts down while typing or just anytime randomly. It’s impossible to fill in the required information on the app because it will crash within seconds of starting. Second, it is unclear how this app helps people navigate an already easy-to-use system, rendering it a waste of money and a frustration in the long run. Its "helpfulness" is in the form of bombarding the user with useless email updates (e.g. "You've signed in again, good job"), and doesn't actually help beyond what someone could achieve by going straight to the source. Bypass this app and just go to the copyright office.
