Also an sich ist das System gut , richtig rund lief es selten . Aber Mittlerweile wirklich nur noch eine Katastrophe . 

Früher konnte man Über Siri Szenen auslösen , super simpel und Praktisch . 

Dann musste man es über Kurzbefehle machen . ( Eventuell Vorgabe von Apple ) 

Ärgerlich da man alles nochmal machen musste . 

Aber nicht so schlimm ging dann auch super . 

Mittlerweile Meckert Siri das es ein Problem gab . 

Dann muss man die Coqon App öffnen damit sich die Daten Aktualisieren . Und dann geht’s wieder für 30 Minuten . Sinn und Zweck dadurch Verfehlt . 

Dann wartet man immer sehr lange wenn man die App öffnet bis die Daten Aktualisiert werden oder es Rödelt und Rödelt und man bricht es nach 30 Sekunden ab . 

Dann dauert es momentan etwa 5 Sekunden bis eine Programm ausgeführt wird . War sonst auch bedeutend schneller. 

Sehr sehr schade um das eigentlich gute System .

Seit drei Jahren haben wir nun das System. Immer wieder Probleme mit Rolläden. Zudem hängt sich immer öfter die Qbox auf. Das neue Update ist ein Witz. Der Support ist unterirdisch.. verspricht Rückmeldung am selben oder darauffolgenden Tag. Diese wurde mehrmals versprochen und nie eingehalten. Immer wenn ein Fehler auftritt macht man auf wichtig und beredet das mit den ach so tollen Entwicklern. Auf eine Lösung kann man lange warten - wenn man den je wieder was von COQON hört. Ich bin’s leid die Support Nummer zu wählen.

Fazit: absolut nicht zu empfehlen - Finger weg und zu einem namhaften Anbieter gehen der weiß was er tut

Wir sind seit 2018 Coqon Nutzer und habe fast alles automatisiert (Beleuchtung, Verschattung, Heizung, Fensterkontakte, Rauchwarnmelder).
Das System hat nie sauber funktioniert, aber ausreichend gut. Mit der Zeithaben wir die Rauchmelder demontiert wegen Fehlern und auch die Heizungsthermostate gegen Fritz! Thermostate getauscht.

Nach 5 Jahren haben sich die ersten Jalousieaktoren verabschiedet. Das neue Update ist aber die absolute Krönung. Es funktioniert eigentlich gar nichts mehr!

Das System lief nie 100%ig rund aber damit konnten wir leben. Seit dem Update auf 3.0 hängt sich die Box immer wieder auf und muss neu gestartet werden. Eine Steuerung ist somit unmöglich und die Funktion des Smart Home ist nicht existent.

Hallo zusammen,

Schließe mich leider an mit einem Schade.

Die Idee des Systems ist toll und Weiterentwicklungen auch. 
Jedoch nur wenn beides auch umgesetzt wird.
Lange Wartezeiten kannte man aus der App… Diese bei der Weiterentwicklung auch schon… Und dann das Ergebnis nach Ankündigung schnelle Ladezeiten in der App, etc. 
Was ist los?
Es ist nur eine App.

Nach der relativ teuren Investition in Fortschritt und Leichtigkeit ist es umso bitterer die Ergebnisse zu erhalten.

Einfach Schade.

Ich hoffe und wünsche euch eine zeitnahe positive Lösung eures Produkts.

Aktuell muss ich leider vor dem Kauf warnen.

Nach der Ankündigung: „jetzt wird alles viel besser“ funktioniert leider gar nichts mehr ! Ich muss jeden Tag die Stromversorgung trennen,
App auf IPad und IPhone stürzt ab oder findet die Box nicht mehr,
Geräte werden nicht mehr erkannt. Der Support war mal gut, nach Meldung von einigen Problemen erfolgt dann keine Reaktion mehr. 
Wenn ich leider nicht schon sehr viel Geld in das System investiert hätte, wäre es schon lange im Müll gelandet.

Vorher schon schlecht, nach Update noch schlechter!! Box ist nicht erreichbar! Laufend neu starten! Ich werde mich jetzt von dem System trennen! Schade ums Geld!!

Nach dem Update (Box und App) ist die Box ständig Offline und kann nur kurzzeitig durch Neustart (Trennung der Stromversorgung) wieder aktiviert werden :(

Ich verwende das System seit knapp 7 Jahre und es verbessert sich einfach nicht. Mal funktioniert es eine Zeit, dann einige Komponenten wieder nicht! Service ist unterirdisch. Hätte ich nicht so viele Aktoren schon verbaut, würde ich auf Bosch wechseln. Mein Sohn verwendet das sei einem Jahr ohne Probleme.
