## What is Coquí Domino?

Coquí Domino is dominoes the way Puerto Rico plays it: double six, four
players in two fixed partnerships, the double six opens, play runs
counter-clockwise, no boneyard, first partnership to 200.

Play your way.
- Against the bots, which count the passes and cover their partner.
- Pass and play: four people, one phone.
- Online: sit down at whatever table is open, or open your own and send the
link to your friends. If someone drops, a bot holds their seat until they
  are back.

Your table. The pride of a good domino table is its painting: El Yunque,
the blue cobblestones of Old San Juan, Flamenco Beach, and five Taíno tables
drawn from the island's petroglyphs. Every game you finish earns a gem, and
gems open new tables. Nothing here is for sale.

House rules, settled before the first ficha. Casa 200, Quinientos with
bonuses, or your own: bonuses or none, how a tranque is counted, who opens
the next hand. No arguing mid-hand.

El conteo. At the end of every hand, every ficha face up, the arithmetic,
and the call: ¡Capicú! ¡Chuchazo!

La libreta. The notebook you keep beside a real table, hand by hand — and
you can share it live with the other team, so they follow the count on their
own phone.

Never sat down to play? Cómo se juega is twenty pages, from which ficha
opens to why a puerta is worth keeping.

It feels right. The shuffle, the slap of a ficha on the table, dust off
the felt. And it works with VoiceOver and with large text.

No ads. No gambling. Just dominoes.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-12

The daily challenge: the same game for everyone — a 200, Giñi Giñi, or a 500 at the weekend — and first, the play of the day: what would you play? We show you the best play and why. The computer starts easy and gets harder as you win. In the libreta, "Share with other players" shows a QR code: the other team scans it and follows the score on their phone.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-10

More table for the fichas: the score tucks away and stays in sight on the arrow at the top. You see whose turn it is at their seat, and when a mano ends every player shows their fichas before the count. Playing with friends is easier: open a table or paste the code. If someone wants to play online while you play the computer, we'll let you know. An introduction to each screen the first time.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-02

Your first game comes with a tour of the table: where your partner, your opponents and their fichas are, the score and the rules (and one for Giñi Giñi). Quit game no longer deletes the saved game. The line uses the table better: rows reach the rail, corners use the margin, and the line slides into the open felt. It rearranges itself before it shrinks the fichas.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-27

New: Giñi Giñi, the dominó game from Fajardo, on its own table: El Faro. The home screen is a menu: Play, Online, With friends and Giñi Giñi, each one tap away. The line of fichas fits better: it turns before it shrinks the fichas, moves three at most, and slides toward the open felt. The shuffle sounds like real fichas, and the rules now say correctly that play runs to the right.
