I get a box delivered, assuming there would be some instructions in there. Wrong! In fact, I still cannot tell you what the goal is - I’ve tried to “check in” (ie, share my blood with the machine) 4 times. Once I was successful. The rest of the time I get “unknown error”. There is no real support. You send them a support request and hope someone gets back to you. Their community board is broken - there is no way to sign up. No surprise there are no posts on their board. I’m still wondering when I will get any information from this thing. I’m also wondering when the app and the device will start working. Oh - they don’t tell you that the “service” costs $99/month. So in addition to an expensive machine they want you to pay $99/month for … something?
