I was asked to answer a very long series of questions, many of which involved highly personal financial information that I did not believe was relevant to resolving my issue. I spent almost an hour explaining the reason for my declined deposits, which were caused by bank transfer delays rather than affordability problems. Despite answering numerous questions, my account was not reviewed because I was uncomfortable sharing further private financial details. To make matters worse, the chat was closed before my final messages could even be delivered, leaving me unable to respond or ask further questions. I understand that companies have compliance procedures, but customers should be treated with respect and informed from the beginning if certain information is mandatory. Wasting nearly an hour only to end the conversation without a resolution is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has completely damaged my confidence in your customer service.
