The removal of the avatar creation feature is a huge loss for the app. It was one of the main reasons I used Corcel and what made it stand out from other apps. The avatar creator was a fun and creative way to express myself, and I'm sad to see it go. I understand that changes are sometimes necessary, but I hope the developers will consider bringing back this feature or finding a way to replace it with something similar. Without it, the app feels incomplete and less engaging. I'll be keeping an eye on future updates, hoping to see the return of the avatar creator. Lacking a few basic features, but I still like it more than vanilla gpt EDIT (may): Hey this is still one of my all time faves, and ive used it daily for months now. But i've seen several updates adding various cool new features, but still no easy option to have the phone read the response out loud. In fact, one cannot even highlight text in the app, it only allows you to copy the answer as a whole, which can be helpful if i want to save the info. But if I just wish to hear a long answer read while im working on a different task, i have to copy-paste it into notes app just to get it read. It would be cool to add maybe a little play button or a different method of copying the text which allowed highlighting of the words as well. Thanks 🙏 2nd EDIT(june): I understand this is still in relatively early development stages, so Im assuming that the change in the last update was an adjustment required to properly scale the system in a manor sustainable and economical to continue offering the basic services for free. But the programmed delay added has been majorly disappointing for me personally. It used to be lightning fast, so some kind of load balancing or queuing system wouldn't have been surprising at all, its just the one implemented is rather long, to the point of practically obliterating the workflow I had adjusted to these past few months, and greatly reduced its convenience. It has also had far more stall-outs that required app restarts to resolve. I looked into trying to directly contact the developers, and discovered a very... weird, lack of info. As to what this companies details are, how to email them, how the nodes are distributed, and what full capabilities and systems are used by the app. I did find the API docs, and its the shortest, most minimalist document set for a product of this power.
