Cordata is a control point and discovery layer for a local hi-fi library. It drives HQPlayer or a UPnP/OpenHome renderer on your network and turns your own collection into something you actually explore — not just a file list. Requires a renderer on your network: HQPlayer (Embedded or Desktop with Network Control), or any UPnP/OpenHome renderer — a network streamer, a NAS running MinimServer/Asset, etc. Cordata is the remote and the brain; it doesn't replace your server. If you don't run one of these, this isn't the app for you (yet). Open any piece of gear to see everything that shines on it. Preferred HQPlayer filters: save the filter and modulator a track or album sounds best with. Turn on auto filter switching and Cordata sets HQPlayer to it as each track plays, then restores your own settings afterward. Personal notes: jot a private note on any track or album. Your notes sync across your devices and stay yours. Control head: use a second device just to display and control playback, without recording plays or history on it, so your listening data keeps building on your main device. Queue: move a track straight to the top of Up Next.
