Thank you ### 1/5 — Review for App and customer care - Pathetic! *2023-12-28* How this app has 4.8 rating it’s difficult to comprehend. The app is beyond pathetic. There are problems in booking rooms, entering data, and the biggest problem of all that is, if you enter it wrong once you cannot change it. And if you want to change it, you have to contact their customer support who never lift their calls. Everything has to be done through emails where I have to fill excel sheets and then give to them in that format. After that also they keep committing mistakes. This is the first time I have been through so much of difficulty in booking more services where I have to pay them. The staff is not at all good and bothered about the customers. The cruise line just to save their fuel cost and save money they switch off air conditioning of entire ship and customers are left in an air pack ship and rooms inside without any windows and ventilation. Serious harassment and worst experience ever. On 15/06/25 the cruise line had switched off air conditioning for straight two days and senior people were admitted and many collapsed. They are least bothered about customers. I rate cordelia (minus 1 out of five). ### 1/5 — The app is useless for foreigners *2024-10-19* To start browsing the app we need to get OTP by entering a mobile number. If we enter international number which can be less than 10 numbers, app will not accept it and we cannot proceed further. Hence, the website is not suitable for international travelers. And same is the case with website also. Not all countries mobile numbers are of 10 digits!!!
