## What is Cordelle Tour Companion?

Cordelle puts your whole group tour on your phone — and keeps it there when the signal stops.

Your tour company sends you a six-character code. Type it in, and the trip downloads to your phone: itinerary, hotels, flights, packing list, country basics and messages from your guide. After that, every screen works with no connection at all — on the plane, in the palace, on the mountain.

NO ACCOUNTS, NO PASSWORDS
One code joins your trip. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to remember, and nothing to reset in a hotel lobby.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
The whole trip is stored on your phone before departure. Tonight's hotel, your flight details, the meeting point for the morning — readable with roaming off and the Wi-Fi gone. Every screen shows when it last updated, so you always know how fresh it is.

EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
• The day's plan, front and centre, with what's happening now
• Hotels with addresses, phone numbers and Wi-Fi codes — tonight's marked
• Flights with terminals and confirmation codes, readable at the gate
• A "show this to the driver" card in the local script, in very large type
• Currency, tipping, emergency numbers and handy phrases for each country
• A packing list from your tour company — ticked items stay on your phone

MESSAGES FROM YOUR GUIDE
When plans change, your guide reaches the whole group at once. Messages arrive as a notification and stay in the app — never lost in a group text.

LOCATION SHARING, YOUR CALL
Off until you turn it on, runs for a session you choose, and switches itself off. No background tracking — it isn't a setting we hid, it's a thing we didn't build. An SOS sends your position once, deliberately, even with sharing off.

BUILT FOR REAL TRAVELERS
Large type, plain language, and nothing buried in menus — designed with travelers in their sixties and seventies, tested against the question "does it work in airplane mode?"
