Cordia is a support app for people living with heart conditions and their caregivers.

When someone is diagnosed with a heart condition, most of the attention goes to the medical treatment. But daily life, fear, loneliness, and questions often remain unspoken.

Cordia was created to support the human side of living with a heart condition.

Inside Cordia, you can:

Connect 1-to-1 with people who live with a similar condition
Share experiences, thoughts, and everyday challenges
Talk to people who truly understand what you are going through

Our goal is simple: no patient should feel alone.

We are starting with heart conditions, with the vision to expand to other chronic conditions in the future and support both patients and caregivers through connection, knowledge, and emotional support.
