I absolutely love this studio. From the moment I walked in, I fell in love with the ambiance, the trainers, and the overall atmosphere. It feels welcoming, energizing, and beautifully put together.

The Lagree classes are challenging in the best way, and the hot yoga is exactly the reset I didn’t know I needed. Robin is a wonderful instructor, encouraging, knowledgeable, and so easy to connect with. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a great experience.

This place has quickly become one of my favorite spaces to move, sweat, and feel stronger. Highly recommend!
