Anyone that has worked with B will need no convincing of the value of her work, and the community she has been able to build is everything the world needs in connection, movement and information on understanding yourself (and others by extension) better. The app is a beautiful interface for the community that will evolve for the better as the community builds it to be the best it can be, as we all are with ourselves.

Honestly you can’t beat it. The volume of exercise and information about the body that’s available in this is incredible. I’ve visited 4 different physios in melbourne post partum and none have been able to provide me with the knowledge and exercise examples that have actually made a huge difference like Core and Floor Restore. I’m so grateful to B and the whole team for creating this space. I highly recommend!
