Thank you! ### 3/5 — App gone wrong *2025-07-14* Whoever changed the login must be nuts. It used to be so easy. Now, I continually have to sign in even though I have a Face ID passkey. You never know when the Face ID will work. Why? It’s so hard to open my app since now I have to look up my password first. Grrr! So frustrating!!!! I’ve been a customer for years, but just in a few recent months they’ve started charging $5 to transfer funds between accounts. Really? Anything to make a buck—do I need to start looking for a new bank? Basic functions work fine but nothing innovative. It doesn’t matter if you hit remember me or enable Face ID it glitches out all the time. Been using this bank for 16 years and they made transferring money from accounts multiple questions. To me it shows they don’t trust their clients decision making to transfer money over.
